انفــجـرت سيارة محــمــلة بالـذخـيـرة قرب إحدى محطات الوقود عند دوار السكرية في مدينة البوكمال على الحــدود السورية العراقية، ما أدى إلى انفـجـار صهريج وقود مجاور.

وبحسب مصادر فقد أســفـر الحـادث عن وفــاة 3 أشخاص وإصـابة آخرين بجــروح متفـاوتة، إلى جانب وقــوع أضـرار مـادية في الموقع. ولم ترد بعد معلومات رسمية حول أســبــاب الانــفــجـار.
