Biden announces U.S. return to WHO

U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday confirmed his country’s stay at the World Health Organization (WHO), overturning former Republican President Donald Trump’s decision.

In his letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Biden said the United States intends to retain its membership in the UN.

Biden stressed the importance of who’s role in combating the Coved19 epidemic, along with other global health threats.

This letter, which was issued by The Tretemp sought by the United Nations on June 6, 2020, to withdraw from the world body.

In Biden’s policies toward the Coved-19 pandemic, a White House spokeswoman confirmed that Biden had ordered the imposition of muzzles and spacing in all government buildings and transportation.

She explained, that chief infectious disease expert Anthony Fauchi would participate in who meetings again.
