ISIS threatens to spread terrorism in Africa

Media reports said that South Africa risks becoming the next target of the terrorist organization ISIS, as forces have been deployed to fight jihadists in neighboring “Mozambique”.

President “Ramavusa” faces pressure to respond to the escalation of armed attacks near the site of Africa’s largest energy project.

And the British government announced last week that it would support the development of huge natural gas fields off the coast of Mozambique with a loan guarantee of one billion pounds according to British “Times” newspaper.

For several years, local extremist militants launched a revolt in the region of “Cabo Delgado” in the far north of Mozambique, which includes a project costing $ 60 billion to develop gas.

And ISIS has claimed responsibility for the recent attacks, and its black flag has been raised in the area in recent weeks.
