Mazloum Abdi: Turkey does not adhere to the ceasefire agreement with America and Russia in northern Syria, bombing a house and killing Kurdish activists

The commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, General Mazlum Abdi, announced that Turkey does not abide by the agreements it concluded with the United States of America regarding the ceasefire in northern and eastern Syria, in reference to the agreement sponsored by US Vice President Mike Pence on October 17 last year, far away Turkish military operation launched by Turkey in the areas of Ras Al-Ain and Tel Abyad

“Turkey continues to violate international law and the October 17 and October 22 agreements of 2019 under the auspices of US Vice President Mike Pence and Russian President Vladimir Putin, which stipulates stopping Turkish aggression against our regions,” General Mazloum Abdi said, in a tweet, on his Twitter account.

Abdi said, “Stopping Turkish violations and the policy of ethnic cleansing is a responsibility and duty of America and Russia, within the framework of the October agreements and international law.”

“The assassination of women activists and targeting the homes of civilians in Kobani and the village of Haling, on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the massacre committed by ISIS in 2015 that killed 271 children, women and elderly people, is a continuation of the policy of massacres against the Kurds,” he added.
