After the large number of factions loyal to the Turkish state, who refuse to travel and participate in the fighting in Libya, Turkey resorted to the method of intimidation and threatening to push its factions to join Libya, in order to fight battles with the forces of the government of reconciliation against the Libyan National Army.
Where in the recent period, the process of transferring pro-Turkish Syrian fighters from Syrian lands to Libyan lands has shifted from “seduction to intimidation”, and it is up to Turkey to pressure the leaders of the national army factions to send their fighters to Libya, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. .
The observatory added that most of the pro-Turkish factions no longer want to send their elements to fight in Libya, especially in light of the very difficult circumstances of the fighters there, and Turkey’s failure to achieve the temptations that it claimed to provide to the factions in the beginning.
It is worth noting that since October of last year 2019, Turkey has started to send Syrian fighters in what are known as “National Army factions” to Libya to fight alongside the Al-Wefaq government forces against the Libyan National Army.
