Turkish ships loaded with thousands of Syrian mercenaries arrive in Libya

Yesterday, after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan renewed his threats, by a military escalation in northern Syria, and stressed his determination to continue supporting the reconciliation government in Libya, adding: “We will get good news from Libya soon.”

According to what the Libyan National Army sources confirmed to “Al-Arabiya Net”, the Turkish state sent ships loaded with thousands of Syrian mercenaries loyal to the Turkish army to Libyan coasts to support the factions and militias fighting alongside the Al-Wefaq government and transported military equipment and specific weapons, in preparation for a military attack on the city of “Tarhuna”, which is The main stronghold of the Libyan army in the west of the country.

According to information gathered by the Monitoring and Follow-up System of the General Command of the Libyan Army, from officers present in the fighting axes of the capital, Tripoli, about the movements of the Accordance Forces, ships loaded with Syrian mercenaries docked at the end of last week at sea off the Libyan coast, and from there they were transferred to the Libyan shores By fishing boats.

And, as an army officer quoted a fisherman who participated in the process of connecting Syrian fighters to “Al-Qura Bulley” Beach as saying that at least 14 boats were involved in the process of transporting Syrian pro-Turkish mercenaries, at night from the sea to land, each boat made 4 trips at a rate of 20 fighters For each trip for 500 Libyan dinars.

The Libyan National Army revealed a move by the Al-Wefaq forces to carry out a major military attack on the city of Tarhuna (65 km east of Tripoli) during the upcoming days with Turkish support of military personnel and equipment.
