International Commission Of Inquiry: Turkey Violated International Law In Afrin
The United Nations Commission of Inquiry has indicated that Turkey is violating international law in Afrin and that its mercenaries are imposing procedures on the Afrin residents.
The United Nations has prepared a report on chemical weapons used in Syria and violations of international law, Where the report spoke in part about the violations that occurred in Afrin after being occupied by Turkey and its mercenaries.
According to a report published by Reuters, the report was based on 400 interviews, and talked about the aggression of the Turkish occupation, which occurred on the twentieth of January last, where the report that the Turkish occupation army targeted the main hospital in Afrin in addition to the destruction of the market and neighborhoods.
”Turkish forces have launched air attacks since January 20 and have violated international law and have not taken the necessary measures before their attacks begin,” the commission said.
The report also referred to the practices of the extremist factions of Turkey also from the so-called “Free Syrian Army” .
The UN report said the incidents raised the number of chemical attacks documented by the UN probe into Syria since 2013 to 39, including 33 attacks attributed to the government, while the identity of the perpetrator of the other six attacks was not identified enough.
